Don't Be Afraid To Ask For Help

The number one rule about living life on your own is that you're not on your own. If you're really making an effort, people will see that and they will help you if you ask.

I asked my boyfriend for a huge help today: $150.

$150 is how much it costs to take the Adobe Certified Expert exam, and I plan on taking the Photoshop test. I just plain do not have enough money to finish college. However, getting certified will help me be taken more seriously despite having no degree. It will also make me absolutely sure I know enough about photoshop to do work with it professionally. It'll look great on my resume for when I'm applying for work, and it'll look great on business cards if I decide to start my own business.

This, however, does require that my boyfriend get a better job which I'm still in the process of trying to convince him to do.
