Changing your way of eating always has side effects o_O
Two nights ago I felt horribly sick. I didn't throw up or anything, but my stomach just felt AWFUL. The thought of eating made me feel ill. I didn't have much of an appetite at all.
I thought about it and it occurred to me that it had been hours since I'd eaten anything. Once I had a little bit to eat, I felt a bit better, and basically snacked gradually for the rest of the evening.
I've learned that on this diet, I have to eat once every 3-4 hours or I just feel gross. x_X
